Tailored Contract Cleaning

Our school cleaning and caretaking services are tailored to your requirements and budget. The materials and equipment we use are designed to minimise any impact on the health of our cleaners and the environment. We also produce our own cleaning and sanitising fluid which is 99.999% effective, it is safe to use and can be disposed of easily.

We understand the need to keep all surfaces in a school or nursery as clean as possible. Our cleaners and caretakers follow detailed schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed as agreed and records are kept to show when and by whom these were completed by. We also allow for keeping on top of corridors, walls, doors, etc.

A caretaker would open and close a building, be familiar with operating any alarms/security systems, carry out any regulatory checks and completing records, furniture assembly and undertake any minor repairs but no hot works or electrical repairs as this will require active certification. They will also be able to help out moving and setting up items as well as larger projects such as painting and decorating, repairing fences and erecting sheds, etc. They receive additional training on Health & Safety.

The cleaning supervisors/managers use these schedules to monitor the standard of cleaning and to make amendments when necessary so that all areas are cleaned properly. We carry out regular audits on the standard of work and work alongside the cleaners and caretakers when needed at no extra cost.

We provide regular training for our employees on a wide range of subjects such as Covid 19 Awareness, Health & Safety, Tool box talks, Safe Guarding, etc. All our employees have Enhanced DBS certificates.
